Kay is a highly qualified, veteran healthcare executive with more than 30 years of demonstrated success and excellence with metrics and strategic outcomes in hospitals, clinics, patient-centered medical homes, population health, cardiopulmonary rehab, medically-based wellness and fitness organizations. The LEAN | Six Sigma (Green Belt) Executive has an amazing list of qualifications, specializing in management and strategic planning/outcomes in the healthcare industry.

Kay was previously a Senior Project Manager at Marathon Health, an employer onsite/near-site management company. Prior to Marathon, she was Senior Account Executive and Director of Employer Clinic and Client Operations at CareHere, LLC. For nearly ten years, her efforts there included extensive systems improvements for multiple Fortune 500 clients, driving innovation and strategic initiatives to optimize operations and exceed client expectations.


Kay earned her MBA in Business and Human Resources Walden University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Lakeland College. In addition, she is an LSS (Lean Six Sigma) Green Belt and has CEPA designation.


Her passion for patient care and understanding of the dynamic between healthcare operations and service providers brings an added layer of proficiency to an already heavily-experienced team of sales producers and c-suite executives at SimplifiHCA.
